Eric Chisholm
President
After 18 years in progressing roles in both Industry and Manufacturing, Eric joined First Choice Ventilation in the summer of 2011. Eric is a registered Professional Engineer and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Pat Flood
Vice-President
Pat is one of the original founders of First Choice Ventilation, which opened for business in 1999. He has more than 40 years of Project Management and Estimating experience in Construction, Shipbuilding and Mining Exploration. Pat has deep roots in the construction industry; his family has been involved in the industry since 1848.

Mark Jenkins
Draftsman/ Project Manager
Mark has more than 30 years of experience in drafting and Project Management. Mark oversees the laser table operation as well as assisting in project management on major HVAC and fabrication projects. Mark is an expert in designing components for efficient use of materials and resources.

Administration
Marion is the smiling face and cheerful voice you first meet when you walk through the door or call our offices. Marion keeps the office and accounting functions running smoothly.

Shop Foreman
Peter has more than 43 years of experience in sheet metal work. Peter is a talented craftsman with an eye for detail and is well-known in the industry for his work with copper.

Liam Flood
Estimator/ Project Coordinator
Liam joined First Choice Ventilation in 2021. Liam has experience in production planning, procurement and logistics. Liam holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and an MBA from the University of New Brunswick.
